I am checking out a company called "alliance Mitgation group"for loss mitigation

Does anyone have any information about " Alliance Mitigation Group". i am condsidering them but have found mixed reviews

Hi Frank,
The LA BBB gives this company an F rating and they have had 2 complaints. The reason for the F rating is because they charge an advanced fee for loan modification, which has been against the law in California since October 2009.
Have you tried calling a HUD-approved nonprofit housing counselor? You can speak with a certified counselor by calling 888-995-4673. They can evaluate your housing options, open lines of communication with mortgage lenders, negotiate a loan modification, and help you with household budgeting, all at no cost.
